Faces of WoW uses Stripe for secure, one-time payments. Choose a tier, complete the Stripe checkout, and you're done — no recurring charges, no account required on our end.

Yes. Once you pay, your toon is on the wall permanently. There are no subscriptions to cancel and no renewals to worry about.

Just email us at [email protected] and we'll remove your tile in the next wall update. Removal is permanent — if you want back on the wall later, you'd purchase a new block.

All purchases are non-refundable. Once your tile is hand-built and placed on the wall, the work is done. If there's an issue with your tile, email us and we'll make it right.

Yes. Email us and we'll quote the difference between tiers. Pay the upgrade amount once and we'll rebuild your tile at the new tier in the next wall update.

At minimum: character name, realm, faction, and class. Higher tiers add guild name and bio text. Mythic tier subscribers can also provide a character art image for the tile background overlay. After checkout you'll receive clear instructions and a submission link.

Each purchase covers one tile. For multiple characters on the wall simultaneously, purchase a block for each. Some higher tiers can showcase multiple transmogs for the same character within one tile.

Each tier includes a set of edits post-placement: Bronze (small spelling/realm fixes), Silver (up to two minor updates), Gold (up to three text/bio updates), Mythic (flexible within reason). For something major, just email us and we'll work it out.

Yes, within reason. Gold and Mythic tiers can add a short link or callout in the text. We reserve the right to decline links that are spammy, unsafe, or inappropriate for a WoW community wall.
